The Family Behind CPR
Complete Property Restoration is owned and run by Tim and Dana Roadnight. They live in Spring, Texas with their two kids, and run CPR from the company's shop on Hanna Road in Conroe. Before founding CPR in 2025, they spent more than 10 years working in real estate and property operations across Texas: multifamily communities, single-family homes, vacation rentals, and investment properties.
In those years they saw the same problem over and over. When a property flooded or burned, the big national restoration franchises showed up late, communicated poorly, and passed the work between subcontractors. Nobody was accountable. Owners were left chasing updates while their property sat wet.
CPR was built to be the opposite of that. When you call (832) 776-4110, a real person answers, day or night. The crew that shows up works for us and is trained to IICRC standards: S500 for water damage restoration and S520 for mold remediation. And the same company that dries your property out also rebuilds it, so nothing falls through the cracks between contractors.
We serve Montgomery and Harris Counties and the greater Houston metro from Conroe. When your property is hurting, you are not calling a franchise. You are calling your neighbor.
